In October 2019, I participated in the Inktober initiative, but decided to do a different bird for every day of the month.These drawings were done in Prismacolor markers and inked with a Micron brush tip pen. It was an experiment to see what these birds would look like when given the "comic book treatment" of rendering with markers and using solid black shadows and outlines. Here are a few samples from that project.
